Statement of Faith

We believe that the Bible is the divinely inspired word of God.

We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.

We believe all have sin and come short of the Glory of God and are in need of Salvation. Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all men.

We believe that the infilling of the Holy Spirit is an experience subsequent to salvation and it is the will of God that all be filled.

We believe that healing is provided through the redemptive work of Christ, and is available to every believer.

We believe that the church consist of all those who have receive Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

We believe in the personal, visible, imminent return of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the Water Baptism, and the observance of the Lord’s Supper.

We believe that each member of the Body of Christ is a channel and delivery instrument for the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the support and involvement in missions both home and abroad.

History Of Global Outreach Ministries

……. Yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass, I have purposed it, I will also do it. Isaiah 46:11

Excitement and great anticipation filled the air at Global Outreach Ministries Centre, on Queen’s Highway in James’ Cistern, as we held our very first worship service on Sunday 10th, February 2002.

Global Outreach Ministry was established and the vision of God was revealed.

Pastors Orlando and Clarice Thompson stepped out on nothing and watched God supernaturally perform and make provision for the commencing of the vision.

The opposition became intense, but it could not hinder the plan of God. Nor extinguish the fervent faith of its members. We remained focused through the most intense storm, to lay such foundation that could not be moved.

From openings in the ceiling, plastic chairs that gave away with Pastor and Sister Glenda Johnson; white stained walls, one microphone and a speaker, and no fans, but through all of this, God blessed us because of our persistent faith.

The membership of this ministry is increasing steadily and God is truly adding to the church.
